Tier 2 - Shortlist and Screening - £700 (payable in advance)
We write the job advert
We post it on job boards
We screen all CVs and provide a top 5 shortlist with summary notes.
Tier 3 - End to End Placement - £1,000 (Payable in two instalments)
Includes everything in Tier 2 plus initial video screening calls

rejection emails to unsuccessful candidates
£500 paid in advance, £500 paid when you make an offer
Tier 4 - Recruitment and HR onboarding - Your choice of recruitment Tier plus £225
Includes your chosed Recruitment Tier plus
HR Onboarding:
Pre arrival admin
Drafting the formal offer letter and employment contract (using the client's templates)
Collecting references, right-to-work documentation, bank details, and emergency contacts
Setting up the employee file in the client’s HR system (or a secure drive).
Tech and Access Set up (The Digital Workspace)
Liaising with IT or managing the setup of the new hire's company email, Slack/Teams account, and CRM/software access.
Ensuring they are added to the correct shared calendars and team invites.
The First Week (The Welcome)
Sending a beautifully formatted "Welcome Email" with their Day 1 schedule, login details, and company handbook (if available).
Scheduling their initial training sessions, 1-on-1s with the business owner, and team introductions.
Sending a brief check-in message at the end of Week 1 to gather initial feedback.
