Our freelance pricing packages

Whether you need occasional support or comprehensive assistance, we have a package that's right for you. All options are paid in advance within 7 days of the invoice.

Starter (pay as you go) : Minimum of 5 hours; £45.00 per hour

Basic retainer: 10 hours per month; £425.00 (£42.50 per hour)

Essential retainer: 20 hours per month; £800.00 (£40.00 per hour)

Partner retainer: 40 hours per month; £1,400.00 (£35.00 per hour)

Bespoke retainer. More than 40 hours per month. Price on request

A retainer package provides you with a pre-paid, fixed amount of hours per month, to be used as needed. This allows for predictable budgeting without any surprise costs. We're happy to arrange a custom retainer package tailored to your specific needs – please feel free to get in touch to discuss. Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes. The retainer packages are on a minimum of 3 months commitment.

These packages are fixed on an hourly rate and are not role dependent.

Tier 1 - CV Sourcing & Filtering : £325 (payable in advance)

• We post your job description on job boards

• We filter the CVs and send you the best 20, so that you can continue from there.

Tier 2 - Shortlist and Screening : £700 (payable in advance)

• We write the job advert

• We post it on job boards

• We screen all CVs and provide a top 5 shortlist with summary notes.

Tier 3 - End to End Placement : £1,000 (Payable in two instalments)

• Includes everything in Tier 2 plus initial video screening calls

• Interview scheduling

• Rejection emails to unsuccessful candidates
