We aim to acknowledge all non-urgent communications within 24 business hours. For task-related queries, I will provide an estimated completion time as soon as the brief is reviewed.
What if I have an urgent task?
If you have a "business emergency," please mark your email as [URGENT] in the subject line. While I cannot guarantee immediate availability outside of pre-booked hours, I will do my best to assist.

How do you track the time you spend on my tasks?
We use Clockify to track all time and give a detailed report at the end of every month
What is the best way to contact you?

How do I know the work is actually being done?
By using shared tools (like Trello, Slack, or shared Google Drives), clients see real-time progress.
I'm not sure I can afford a monthly retainer - what if I don't have enough work?
We offer flexible pricing packages to suit varying needs, from ad-hoc support to regular retainers. We can discuss the best option for your business during a discovery call.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
We would ask you to contact us as soon as possible, if you're not happy and we will do our very best to resolve the situation.
